A little charm in Jægersborggade

The street we live on is a very charming little street, filled with culture, people, happenings, and food. There's always someone outside, most of the time completely minding their own business, talking, eating some food or enjoying a nice cold or hot beverage of some kind.
There's also a small illustration gallery called CMYK, filled with awesome, quirky illustrations from a bunch of different illustrators.
Today they had a little concert outside!

I found myself sitting in the window enjoying the music for a little while.
If the window hadn't been so darn uncomfortable I probably would've enjoyed it a lot longer.

Copenhagen is a charming city.

Loads of love,
Malin

Weekend break

So I came home late Tuesday evening last week, and we got visitors on Wednesday!
'Cause it was time for Heavy Days in Doomtown.
I was mildly put exhausted, but made sure to relax as much as possible.
It was a great weekend, we had two good friends over, had loads of fun and enjoyed some awesome music.

For now I'll leave you with this, as both Daniel and I aren't feeling too great, and with Atlas having an upset stomach on top of that I really need some proper chill-out time and some proper sleep.
Hopefully we'll have a night undisturbed by dog poop and a happy and rested puppy in the morning too.

Loads of love,
Malin

OM & such

Holy elephant, OM was amazingly epic last night!
Annie and I just made it for when they started, and it was amazing.

Looking forward to seeing them on their next European tour in 2013. Hells yeah.

Today has been spent busing to Kingston, going to the doctor to get new prescriptions and schedule a new blood test to check my thyroid problem, grocery shopping and cleaning up my room.

Tomorrow I have to call student office and credit control at my university to see if they've sorted out the situation with my documents so I'm actually allowed to attend lectures and such. If so, we have a guest lecture and a seminar tomorrow!
And I'll have to continue cleaning my room. I take ages when I clean because I always start sorting everything I find. Sometimes that is not needed. At all. Just cleaning is fine. Oh well!

Love,
Malin

Yesterday's evening pizza and stoner rock

So Annie and I topped the evening yesterday by ordering a vegan pizza from Village Pizza, who makes vegan pizza bases and puts four toppings of your choice on, together with CHEEZLY! Hells yeah, vegan cheese! It was so incredibly tasty and it went down pretty quickly. Yumsies.

And tonight Annie and I are off to King's Cross to go to Scala and see OM, one of our favourite bands.

We saw them at Roadburn in April, but they are so most definitely worth catching again. And again and again and again.

Crappy harinezumi photo of OM live at Roadburn 2012.

Looking forward to some serious quality music tonight.

Best wishes,
Malin
