Sushi dinner

We've been exploring the area today, walked around, checked out the closest charity shop with furniture, and did some much needed grocery shopping.
We're right around the corner for a pretty big shopping street, with several supermarkets, Asian food markets, little cafés and restaurants, and pretty much all you need.
The closest charity shop with furniture, Hjerte Gjenbrug, has some really cool furniture, clothes, and loads of little things for the house. We found a few cool items which we might buy tomorrow, but we thought it was a little expensive for a charity shop, so we might look around a few other places first. We shall see!

We did get some sushi ingredients though, and some nice, new chopsticks, so I cooked up some very sticky rice and made us a big batch.
This one is with carrots, cucumber, kale and spring onion. Super tasty!
Daniel made his excellent sushi sauce, consisting of soy sauce and spicy mustard.
Great dinner.

Tomorrow we're planning on settling a few "new citizen errands", if we're able to.
Gotta let the government know that we live here!

Loads of love,
Malin
